To begin your journey toward healing, reach out by contacting me via telephone or email. After providing your name, address, phone number, email, and insurance information, we can schedule your intake session.

Get to work

Once your intake is scheduled, you will receive a portal invitation to complete and sign all necessary paperwork prior to your appointment. Afterward, you will attend the intake session, which involves discussing your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy.
