You may be feeling unanchored, searching for a sense of purpose and direction.

At times, fear, worry, and self-doubt can begin to take up more space than you expect, leaving you unsure where to turn or who feels safe to talk to. You might feel misunderstood or alone in what you’re carrying, searching for clarity but not quite finding it. Many people become stuck in their thoughts, replaying the past or holding back out of concern about being judged, rejected, or misunderstood. Therapy offers a steady, private space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore your thoughts and emotions with support and care.

You feel like you are…

  • Struggling to process painful past experiences and looking for relief.
Memories or emotions may surface unexpectedly and interfere with daily life, leaving you wanting a way to understand them and move forward without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Stuck in a negative headspace, with depression shaping how you see the future.
It can feel hard to imagine things improving, even when part of you wants to believe they could.

  • Living with persistent anxiety about what lies ahead.
Fear of making the wrong choice, failing, or disappointing others may keep you stuck in cycles of worry and self-doubt.

  • Unsure how to navigate change or major life transitions.
Shifts in work, relationships, or identity can leave you feeling unsteady, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself.

Guided reflection on the experiences that continue to shape you.

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns shaping their emotional lives. My approach is integrative and insight-oriented, blending cognitive work with attention to the body, nervous system, and relational dynamics. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, therapy with me emphasizes awareness, meaning, and sustainable change, allowing past experiences to be understood and integrated over time.
